very hot temperatures continue this weekend, with highs soaring to around 100 today and 100-105 across the plains Sunday. Only a few degrees of "cooling" can be expected Monday. Scattered afternoon showers and storms, mainly in and near the mountains and I-25 Corridor, will offer up a little late day relief. Remember to find shade and stay hydrated!
