Scattered thunderstorms will develop Monday afternoon. Severe storms are possible on the northeast plains, especially east of Fort Morgan. Large hail is the main threat, but damaging winds and a few tornadoes are also possible. More numerous showers and a few storms are expected Monday night into Tuesday with cooler temperatures.
